Kristi was absolutely fantastic to work with! We first came into contact with her when we saw a listing for a house. We were looking to buy a ranch home. She was always available, knowledgeable and friendly. After looking at a number of existing homes, we decided to build. She helped us with our initial meeting with the builder, and aided in our communication with him when we needed help! I was so impressed with her in every sense throughout our build. Building a new home is extremely stressful, and Kristi was always there to help reassure us and help in every and any way! I would highly recommend Kristi whether you are looking to build or buy! In fact, I have recommended her to my own son. I know he is in the best hands with Kristi!

I worked with Kristi after being referred by two of my closest friends. Let me tell you... I am so thankful they did. As a first time home buyer I was very scared to look at I didn't know what the heck I was doing. Kristi is so incredibly patient, a wonderful teacher and the BEST advocate for your clients. Any question, any time, she was ON IT! We had a couple hiccups when it came to closing and Kristi made sure that not only ever was taken care of but it was taken care of correctly, the first time. I could go on and on but point being, you cannot find someone better.

I had contacted Kristi to sell my house after a recommendation from a friend. During this process Kristi was able to get my house on the market quickly and I was amazed by the number of showings she was able to schedule. My house sold for more than expected and I have Kristi and her team to thank for that. I will be using her in the future when I am in the market to buy. Relocating from outside the area and Kristi was there every step of the way from accommodating remote showings to post sale questions on the home. She was engaging and wonderful! Even put us in touch with Movement Mortgage, which was the easiest mortgage application process we ever had! Amazing! One of the things Kristi picked up on right away was what we wanted and that time was of the essence. She was always responsive and kept us informed of anything that arose. Thank you Kristi!

Michaela DiFlorio was by far the best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with. She was there every step going out of her way to help me find what I wanted. She treated me more like a friend than a client. All around a great person. I refer here 10/10 to anyone. She never once ignored me or rescheduled. Nobody better to help you find a home.

Kristi Croniser was our Agent for a purchase of a summer home in the Armory Square area of Syracuse, NY. Kristi is very friendly, listens well and we felt she valued our time during the process.
